About

A student learning the ropes of International Development, of living the Parisian life, and of emerging from late adolescence unscathed by the ills of this world and a fanatical mind.

Born in Connecticut, raised in the remarkable city-state of Singapore by migrant Chinese parents, came of age in the quaint university town of Princeton, and based at the moment in picturesque Paris. Not entirely sure where her roots are and will be, thus living and enjoying a nomadic life to find out.

Is animated by social innovation, game-changing technology, well articulated literary emotion, languages, unnerving aesthetics, children, sustainable development, humanity and its suffering, international politics, the physical and mental process of cultural adaptation, and (quite evidently) concatenating things into long sentences.

The more concrete of these interests are explored in this blog. For a glimpse into the more introspective, pensive and at times quixotic, go here.
